How installing Dome on ceiling that is too high

Normally dome is installed under the ceiling. However, if the ceiling is too high, it may be unable to give a good enough picture. I see some people turn the dome and have it installed on wall, however, this makes the picture also turned and seems not a proper method.

There is now a kind of wall-mounted bracket for dome that is able to provide this flexibility.
