Troubleshooting GPS Tracker

1) where are you?
2) which SIM provider you're using? what kind of card?
3) your SIM card put inside normal mobile phone, do you want put in password (or any steps) before dialing your number?
4) have you charged the gps tracker?
5) do you see a LED indicator of the GPS with power? it's flashing.
6) put in your SIM card, can you use a phone dialing in and connected?
