SMS reporting 123420# , 123421# and 123480# not working

Model: LMS3, LMS3D, LMS35D, LMS3D5D

We found there is difficulty for users in certain countries unable to use this group of commands. The reason behind so far not understood, we may have future version having these commands re-design to solve the problem.

However, you can do some tests to verify if you're coming across the same issue or something else.

1) You can receive other SMS alerts correctly providing that those commands have defined a phone number for calling.
2) You can do a test by sending SMS 123420# to the alarm panel, beware and observe several points as below
- panel beep twice to confirm the SMS command received and command is correct
- you should see LED of power ( right most one ) lit for a while and then back to flashing as usual in the ready stage (means the panel did try to call and SMS.
3) You can check your phone bill of the SIM card (put inside the alarm panel), see if this SMS reply for your 123420# recorded (my guess is NOT) because the return call 123420# failed to send back the original calling party.
