Shipping delay to Europe around April 2010

We came across shipments delay to European countries during the month of April 2010.
All of us knows there was a major volcano eruption in Iceland and the air traffic in Europe is severely affected.
On the other hand, we are also reported by customers in Eastern Europe and Russia that parcels arrived later than normal.
Thank you for information from an old customer in Estonia who told me he also came across the same kind of delay for parcel from HK to Estonia. More than one month the parcel still not seen that normally takes 2-3 weeks at the past. As parcels actually go Estonia via Russia and reported there are parcels stucked there for unknown reason. Maybe after the last Moscow attack, no one knows. Actually my other customers in Russia also reported delay of parcels. This friendly estonian friend also paste me a link to the related local news for our reference.
