The clock of Guard Tour System not correct

The handheld reader (wand) of the Guard Tour System not maintained a clock internal itself, it relies on the clock of the computer connecting to download the data synchronizing the time of records. The wand has its own design, it should follow a certain procedure in order to sync the time correctly.

1) install the software
2) connecting to wand to computer via USB
3) start the software and initialize the wand ** this is very important **
4) use the wand to read a few tags as trial
5) connecting the wand back to computer and read the data, you should find the time is correct no matter what time zone and time you set on your computer.

Take noted:

1) when you adjust your computer time or take your wand to somewhere else with different timezone and clock, you need to repeat above steps to re-initialize the wand for correct time sync.
2) any tags read before wand correctly initialized would have time wrong.
