Amendment to user guide S3 Alarm Panel for setting SMS alert

There is a typo mistake on manual.
It relates to the SMS configuration command. The correct command pattern is that
1) commands sent via SMS is
[password] + [command] + [parameter] + #
e.g. setting SMS phone no.
1234379999999#
2) commands sent via phone interactively is
- call in
- key in password
- key in #
- key in command
- key in parameter
- key in #
using the above same example, number needed to be key in one by one after receipt the confirmation beep
1234#37999999#
